Return Policy

At The Fabrils, we want you to shop with complete confidence. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, washing, or alteration may not be eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 14 days of delivery with your order details. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund or exchange accordingly. Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
