Shipping Charges
- Flat Shipping Fee: PKR 200
- Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
Delivery Time
- Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery time may vary during public holidays, sales, or due to courier delays.
Order Processing
- Once your order is confirmed, our team prepares and dispatches it as quickly as possible.
- You will be notified when your parcel has been shipped.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) throughout Pakistan.
Simply place your order and pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
Delivery Area
Currently, The Fabrils delivers only within Pakistan.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, your tracking details will be sent to your WhatsApp number so you can easily monitor your shipment.
Shipping Address Changes
Need to change your delivery address?
Please contact us before your order is dispatched. We will try our best to update your address if the parcel has not already been shipped.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the parcel.
When contacting us, kindly provide:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Requests received after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
